We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in the insurance property restoration industry, focusing on the educational sector including K-12 schools and higher education institutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling on educational facilities to offer property restoration services for clean-up from unforeseen events such as water, fire, and mold damage. This role involves developing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, creating tailored presentations, and providing valuable feedback and insights to the management team on marketing trends, competitive opportunities, and service offerings.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the insurance property restoration industry, with a focus on the educational sector.
- Strong presentation and proposal creation skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to provide valuable feedback and insights to the management team.
- Knowledge of property restoration services related to water, fire, and mold damage is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

- Identify and target educational institutions in need of property restoration services for clean-up from water, fire, and mold damage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools and higher education institutions.
- Present tailored property restoration presentations effectively to showcase our expertise in handling unforeseen events.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide feedback and insights to the management team on marketing trends, competitive opportunities, and service offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions to meet the specific needs of educational facilities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while upholding a high level of professionalism and integrity.
