The General Laborer will provide the initial site inspection, scoping the loss, and performing specified maintenance and restoration.

• Ability to participate in our on-call schedule.

• Demonstrates and models Zolman Restoration’s core values.
• Assist our Lead Mitigation Technicians with demolition work and equipment setup.
• Move and lift equipment.
• Clean equipment and re-stock as needed.
• Clean and maintain inventory on trucks.
• Clean job sites after work is complete.
• Update job paperwork, in conjunction with Lead Technician.
• Photograph and document all job site work and equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
